- The Bonnie and Bill Stubblefield Institute for Civil Political Communications serves as an active center for the study and promotion of civil political discourse. Founded in 2019 through a generous gift by Drs. Bonnie and Bill Stubblefield, the Institute embodies the belief that when different viewpoints are respected and considered in ways that avoid labeling, alienation, and silencing, this process can strengthen our nation’s ability to solve problems. The Stubblefield Institute is housed in the Scarborough Library, Suite 249-253. Executive Director, Ashley Horst. For more information, call (304) 876-5005 or email stubblefieldinstitute@gmail.com.
